Refund policy

If you cancel an order before it ships, you’ll receive a refund. 
If the piece breaks in transit, email BackyardKiln@gmail.com with photos of the piece and the packaging, and receive a refund. 
Once the piece is out of the packaging and in your hands, Backyard Kiln is not responsible for breakage of any kind. Each piece is inspected at least twice before shipping for defects that may result in breakage. Please handle your pieces with care. ❤️
